Generally they're a good dealership, but recently I've had issues with the service department that I've had to add oil to my car right after they did an oil change because is was not full. The technician had issues with the service department that I've had to add oil to my car right after they did an oil change because is was not full. The technician that did my oil change was Wyatt Vogel. Also, when I dropped off the car at my appointment time, I requested that they wash my car for me - they said OK. When I was told it was ready, it was not washed. I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to wash it. More

Richardson Gladwin used to be a great dealership, but not so any more. Every time I talked to my sales person I got conflicting information.
