I've been a customer at RB Honda for twenty years, bought two Honda Pilots there, and had all service work done there. I have never had a bad experience there in all that time. Everyone I've come in contact with has been experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. This latest visit was no exception. I brought my vehicle in because it wouldn't start. Leinghout, the service agent, listened carefully to me, and explained the options for repair very clearly. I was kept advised of progress, plus being advised of a couple of other issues that needed attention. I was given a ride home, received a call later that my vehicle was ready, and someone was sent to pick me up to get my vehicle. All in all, another worry free experience. Keep up the excellent work!
