Called Rick Case Acura on Sunday evening and Bruce, the Customer Relations Mgr., assured us to drive our car with the dashboard display going nuts. Called Rick Case Acura on Sunday evening and Bruce, the Customer Relations Mgr., assured us they would take care of the problem. AAA delivered the car to R C Acura at 10:30 am on Monday. Keith, the Service Specialist, called us before noon to confirm the car would be ready when we returned from our trip on Thursday. We picked up the car at noon on Thursday and drove it 180 miles to our home without a hitch. Can’t say enough to express our thanks! More
