We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. With this in mind, we reviewed all of the feedback provided, and I would like to express my most sincere apologies that you were not 100% satisfied with your experience at Rick Case Acura. Our goal is to provide each of our customers with a pleasurable experience. I discussed with the Manager of the Detail Company to ensure that he continues to monitor the vehicles as they are completed before delivering to the customer and I have encouraged the rest of the staff members to by hyper vigilant if/when outsiders come into the dealership looking for a snack/something to drink by instructing those individuals that those items are for our valued guests. Kevin; We read your review, which was as disappointing to us as the experience you described was to you. Eleven years at Rick Case makes it possible for me to say - without reservation - that nothing is more important to us than a loyal customer. In fact, our culture is based on treating every customer as we would our friends. In particular, saying that we “missed” a deal by $8,000 was shocking as not once have I seen us off by anything approaching such a significant amount. When we are challenged and given a chance, we routinely respond to competition with an additional discount to satisfy one of our customers. In order to investigate this fully, please identify yourself, who you dealt with at our dealership and when that was. That would give us the opportunity to learn what occurred and to respond to it accordingly. The primary objective is to be sure others do not have a similar experience.
