I went to a different Acura previous to contacting Rick Case. The other Acura dealership did a bait and switch on pricing and vehicles when I arrived after driving 1hr to do the agreed upon numbers and at Case. The other Acura dealership did a bait and switch on pricing and vehicles when I arrived after driving 1hr to do the agreed upon numbers and at arrival they would not honor them. I spoke with sales manager Mo at Rick Case , explained the numbers and the deal. MO advised he would do the deal and promises not to change after I arrived. I arrived at Rick Case Acura worked with sales person Vladimir and Finance David . Everything was exactly as MO and I agreed to over the phone. Honest people at Rick Case Acura. Highly recommend.
