From the moment I got there I was handed off from one person to the other seems like the first one didn’t care and then after that ,they never call me for an update I was waiting there for over 3 1/2 ho person to the other seems like the first one didn’t care and then after that ,they never call me for an update I was waiting there for over 3 1/2 hours ,when a was told it would it be 2 hours ,also I know it’s about an hour before they finally gave me the keys ,they were done way before that, but they decided to go to the a meeting first and then afterwords give me my car ,after that they gave me a big list of stuff that I needed and some of them were already done before and they just included that without checking ,I think they’re just trying to do anything just to make extra money . Horrible. Sold my 18 year old son a car with bald tires. He wrecked on the way home because of the tires. The police, tow truck , auto body shop and our insurance all confirmed the tires were well over used and should have been replaced. We are now paying for a wrecked vehicle as well as 4 new tires because the insurance will not cover the tire replacement costs because they were so used up. Buyer beware!!! More
