I was referred to a new person, Melissa who was very helpful and I believed is getting the issues taken care of. When I do get her on the phone, she is responsive to my plight. However, I purchased my car in Sept. I email and get no response, I call and leave messages, no response. 6 months after I bought my car, I still do not have a corrected title, registration, extra key that I already paid for, etc... And Now I seemingly cannot get anyone to call me back with the status. very disappointing. More

Jim got things done super fast , all the staff was polite and friendly made me feel like family and my baby, lol my 2012 Fiat 500 which I am totally in love with was given back beautiful , clean and shiny after painting a small line on the roof where the paint was chipped all covered by warranty ,approved quickly so not a penny out of my pocket.THANK YOU GUYS, THANK YOU JIM . Sales process great but after that downhill So many people directed me to Rick Case Fiat when buying a car for my oldest daughter, and they were right. The sales process was great, but it has be So many people directed me to Rick Case Fiat when buying a car for my oldest daughter, and they were right. The sales process was great, but it has been all downhill since then. The Fiat was for my daughter going to college in a year. We had to find out the hard way the car doesn’t come with a spare and the only place to get the tires are through the dealer. On top of that, the car is not even one year old and so far the arm rest has fallen off and an outlet in the car is not active. In trying to get to the service center I have to put aside an hour to be transferred at least 8 times, and then have to wait for a call back. I will be buying a car for my younger daughter this year and don’t think I will be going back… More
