As I said Steven...I worked customer service for 30 years for United Airlines. I know when I'm being taken care of properly. I really felt like I didnt meet your profile of a potential buyer when I entered your studio. Except for Juan and Rachel it was a mediocre experience. After purchasing the vehilcle I wasnt given a tour or briefing of the cars' features. I was interested in accessories and nobody even mentioned that. I ended up buying $600 worth of Fiat accessories on ebay from another dealers website. I thought Cynthia was more interested in disappearing down the hall into one of the rooms than helping me. One person had to go get her from wherever she was hiding while I sat and waited....wondering where she was. When she stopped processing my papers and started making coffee for her coworker and flirting in Espanol, I thought that was very unprofessional and embarrassing. That was primarily the reason for the low customer service rating. Overall I viewed the operation as young kids thinking they're taking care of business when it was really alot of shortcomings that I could go on and nitpick about. I gave you a recommendation that I would recommend you. Thanks for your concern Steve, you really sound like a professional. You might groom Juan for the future in your organization. I'd like to add. I only saw Juan on my first visit. He recognized me in the showroom and offered to assist me. The next day he followed up and gave me insightful information on possible scenarios. That's why I returned to the studio. I never saw Juan again for purchase no.1 or no.2. but he deserves the sales credit. I know you guys are just ramping up over there with your new dealership. I hope I offered some insightful info to you. I enjoy being a critic. I am old school and come from back in the day when the customer is always right. So I am busting your balls. I wish you success.

No problem with the "ball busting". The only way to get better as a dealership is through constructive criticism. Juan did get credit for both sales, even though you did not see him again. His followup is what brought you back into the store, and we do appreciate your feedback. I wish your review scores reflected more how you said you were treated by Juan, Sofia, and Raquel's "Sharp dealing with the numbers"... As a new dealership, positive accounts of how people are treated are certainly helpful in creating new business. Any way I can ask you to adjust your scoring to reflect more of the good than the bad? By the way, how are you enjoying the FIAT's?

We love our pop's. I really wanted to pimp 'em out and wonder if you offer the accessories or do you have a catalog? I felt this should have been offered to me or brought to my attention. I saw a salesperson mounting door sills on a customers new vehicle. In answer to your question about upgrading my ratings....I would consider it if I thought it would make a difference, but why bother when you just deleted my review as you saw it as unfavorable when I recommended your dealership. BTW, I just received the same questionnaires for the second fiat.

I didnt delete your review. Its impossible. Any time we get a negative review, we are given a 2 weeek resolution period. That gives us 2 weeks to work it out, and hopefully make things right... Not deleted, and it would make a big difference to us. Thanks again in advance. Steven
