While showing us the first few cars, he kept asking questions as to what we liked or disliked about the car we owned then, and what we would want in a new car. I feel as if he did not sell us a car,but matched us to our car. I cannot forget to mention the person that assisted us with financing. We believe that without his help, probably the purchase would have not been completed. More

Jose Chiaromonte is our salesman I went a few years ago to the Rick Case Hyundai in Ft Lauderdale, and was turned off by the salesmen there. We were 3 people all looking to purchase cars, and it seems they had better things to do then pay attention to us. I swore I would never go back to Rick Case again. One day out of curiosity I saw an ad for the Rick Case Hyundai in Weston. I called and spoke to Jose. He seemed very, VERY different from the other salesmen, so I thought I would give hi m a try and took a ride there. I was nicely surprised, as he seemed genuinely interested in my wants and what was best for me. At last - a salesman who thought about me and not just his commission. This is the 2nd car I leased with Jose and my wife has her own lease from this Hyundai dealership. If Jose is here - I will stay at this dealership. Everyone there is really nice and caring, but we have made a wonderful connection with Jose - and woulds not change it. More
