He was extremely patient with me as I looked at a variety of cars, went on two different test drives and had plenty of questions. Donald was extremely helpful and efficient through the trade-in and purchasing process. Afterwards he showed me all of the tools in the car, paired my phone and demonstrated all of the new features. I accidentally forgot my sunglasses in the car I traded in, and he was able to hold them for me until later in the week to pick up. Great service all around from Donald! More
