Called Sam Hatz for a price on the 2016 Genesis. I was completely satisfied with the price and made an appointment to test drive the Genesis. It was a wonderful experience. Much smoother and quiete I was completely satisfied with the price and made an appointment to test drive the Genesis. It was a wonderful experience. Much smoother and quieter than my Sonata. However, I was turned over to a new salesman, Yende Francis. He was very nice but failed to show me all the wonderful options. He should have had a check list. When I got home I had trouble adding stations with the xm radio. Then at night I noticed the side outside mirrors were collapsed while I was driving. I took me a while to find the automatic button of open the mirrors. He never showed me where to eco drive was. Also, the interior lights did not go on when I opened the door a night. I am still looking for the correct switch. I think he needed more training. When he called my house and my wife told him I wasn't home, he suggested I call him 8 o'clock in the morning. He never answered the phone. Not good. More

Although I was unable to afford the 2016 Genesis (with the options I really wanted on the car), we quickly looked at a Sonata Limited, which gave me almost everything I was looking for, at a much lower monthly payment. I am very happy with my new car and recommend not only this dealership, but my salesperson (Tom Anderson) too. He went out of his way to find the right car for me, and fought with management to get me the price I wanted. More
