Walked in with my son and his wife to look for an upgrade from his Velo It has taken me a few months to write this review but better late than never!! Walked in with my son and his wife to look for an upgrade from his Veloster and with the help of Tiffany we BOTH went home with brand new cars!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the Genesis (perfect size car for my new grandbaby's car seat) and I love, love my upgrade to a new Sonata. Even months after our transactions Tiff is in touch with our family not only as a Rick Case dealer but as a friend. She's on top of our VIP rewards and services. I've already refered a few of my friends to her and they are just as happy. If she only knew that my son and I are already taking about upgrading to the 2017s (please don't tell my husband) More

Great Experience! I’ve been meaning to write this review for two months. I worked with Tiffany Shelton and she was an absolute dream. I knew I wanted a used 2013/2014 H I’ve been meaning to write this review for two months. I worked with Tiffany Shelton and she was an absolute dream. I knew I wanted a used 2013/2014 Hyundai Elantra, so I reached out to various dealerships in South Florida based on their online inventory. I received a response from Tiffany within an hour. She even offered to take the car to my home for a test drive. I visited several dealerships (based on ascending price) for two whole weeks. I was completely turned off by the whole car buying experience from the aggressive macho sales tactics to the fear mongering that goes on in the finance office. I am a young, single woman shopping alone for a car, BTW. I held off on visiting Rick Case because the initial offer was out of my price range, but after walking away empty handed from other dealerships I decided to finally stop by. I didn’t negotiate as strongly as I should have and I could’ve definitely walked away with a lower base price had I tried harder. Anyway, I worked with Tom Anderson, Tiffany Shelton and Steven Fosse from finance. The experience was smooth (as far as the car buying process can be) and extremely professional. When it’s time for an upgrade, I’ll definitely return to Rick Case. Kudos all around. ? More

I was extremely satisfied with my total experience. I just leased a Genesis, after having driven a Sonata. I enjoyed the Sonata, but it doesn't compare to the Genesis. My only concern is that I was told I just leased a Genesis, after having driven a Sonata. I enjoyed the Sonata, but it doesn't compare to the Genesis. My only concern is that I was told that the last few payments on my Sonata would be absorbed and yet an additional payment for the Sonata was taken from my bank account. This was unexpected and I am very disappointed regarding this. In other words, regarding this, I was lied to! I want and expect a refund of $337.51, the amount of my monthly payment for the Sonata.
