I give it a solid 8.0 We were greeted in the perfect amount of time. Test drove a 2016 Tuscon which I immediately fell in love with. Tom did a great job at providing detailed information about the car and I felt like he answered all of my questions appropriately. When it came down to the negotiation of payments the front desk was extremely busy according to my salesman and told me the desk hadn't even looked at our offer and just decided to accept it. I wanted to negotiate GAP insurance into the offer but was unable to do so as our salesman had me sign the first deal and then never let me negotiate going forward. It wasn't until we reached the finance department where Ronaldo had told us we had to add it on for an additional cost which I wasn't too happy with. Once all was said and done, they presented me with my car which had a full tank of gas and was in pristine condition. I was very pleased. It wasn't until a week or so after I had the car, I realized I had never received a copy of my binding contract. I contacted my salesman and he was very good at making sure to get a copy out to me asap. I'm just a little disappointed that such important documentation wasn't given to me the day of. Figured that would be something on their checklist to make sure I had before I left the building. Last time I bought a car from Hyundai, a couple years ago, they had left this paperwork in an envelope in my glove compartment, so I figured that's what they had done again. But when I went to go check something on the paperwork, it was nowhere to be found. Overall, I would rate my entire experience as a solid 8.0. It was a good experience, but there is room for improvement. More
