Easy car purchase I wanted to get a new lease and our salesperson German made the process so easy. EXCELLENT We went car searching for a new honda pilot, Rick case honda was not the place to go. The sales rep Frank i believe was not helpful at all. We were first greeted by Yosuan Martinez which introduced us to our salesman Mo Badarneh. Mo was the most helpful sales man ive ever dealt with. Good personality and a great sense of humor, everything to make our time there worth while and entertaining. We looked at several cars and we got several numbers. Mo worked on every car with us to try and get the best deal possible. We went in for a Santa Fe Sport and we left with a 2015 Genesis Htrac Fully loaded. We are obssessed with our new car and we couldnt of done it without the great professional help from Mo and Yosuan Martinez who combined made this deal possible. I highly reccomend this dealer and definitely Mo. I will be returning there in the future no doubt. Thanks again Mo & Yosuan for your great service and attention. She is great! I am a person with more questions and concerns than most and had knows absolutely everything about the car and the features and also can help explain the warranty and financing parts too. If she doesn't know something she will know it fast! I was impressed that someone with that much knowledge and experience could still be as polite and patient even though there were other customers coming in asking for her. She gave me her complete attention and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. I honestly think she was as happy for me as I was! Thank you Tiffany for putting in such effort.
