There was slightly issue at first where my car was sitting at port for some reason and Dimitry Yakubovich and Nick Nickerson got together to get the exactly car I want and it was from another state. Most dealership and sales would shrug their shoulder and offer another choice. But they didn't, they roll up their sleeves to get the car I want. Identified the problem but never called back as promised. The service manger Mark Perry was supposed to call back to get problem fixed. No one called back. Jeremy was great. He kept me informed when to expect our Veloster in and had it all ready when i did come in. He explained and showed my fiance all the features of the car.
