My engine light came on while traveling on Alligator Alley on my way to the Keys. Dropped my 2016 Santa Fe Sport off on a Friday night. Aaron Clark in the Service Department called me early Saturday morning with his work and cell phone numbers and assured me he would get the vehicle looked at ASAP. On Monday Arron notified me the engine needed to be replaced at no cost due to the PT warranty still being in effect! I was given a free rental car, the new engine arrived at the dealership 2 days later. I had my car back a day later. This was hands down the greatest car dealership experience I had ever! My hats off to Hyundai, Rick Case Hyundai and most notably Aaron! Thank you.... I just might drive the 3 hours down from Sarasota to buy my next vehicle there! More
