I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the service department and team members. My vehicle was taken in on a Monday for a broken AC, a recall on the brakes, and an oil change. I was told the service advisor would call us with an update as to what was wrong etc. However, we were not getting a phone call back even after leaving multiple voicemails on the advisors cell phone. I had to reach out to many other employees to try to get an answer finally reaching out to the service manager to get answers. The process was very frustrating because no one was telling us giving me a time line as to when my vehicle would be ready. Then once we finally were called to pick up the car the advisor was cordial but forgot to have us sign all the paperwork correctly and had to quickly catch us outside before we left. The entire process was very disappointing. The manager was the only helpful person. More

My sales rep Claudio stood by his word and gave me the price he promised for my trade. He was very patient and pleasant to deal with. On a side note.
