Service Dept. unable to fix vehicle. My wife had taken her 2011 Hyundai Genesis Sedan to this dealership service department 4 times and they are still unable to fix the Proximity Sensors My wife had taken her 2011 Hyundai Genesis Sedan to this dealership service department 4 times and they are still unable to fix the Proximity Sensors which are currently not working again. The mechanics keep resetting the sensors which fixes the problem for a couple of days then they fail to work again. All we hear are from Tammy is that we will look at it and, if we reset the sensors and they work, then there is nothing we can do. Not very helpful at all! It's obvious the mechanics are not qualified to repair the vehicle. The service department only has a couple of loaner cars which are currently allocated to customers with blown engines so you have to rent a car from Enterprise Rental and hope the dealership will reimburse you for the rental. The shuttle service is only good for 10 miles from the dealership which doesn't help me. I also dealt with Tony Park who wasn't much help with our vehicle issue. My wife and I will no longer purchase a vehicle from Rick Case dealerships. We also had a bad experience with the service department at Rick Case KIA which is also run by Tammy who works two buildings away from Rick Case Hyundai. We contacted another Hyundai dealership service department and they said they are getting a lot of customers from Rick Case Hyundai dealership due to the poor quality of service in the service department. They said they will fix our vehicle and provide a shuttle pickup/drop-off service to our home which is a 29 miles from the dealership. Update: 12/21/15 - Took our Genesis to the Mall of Georgia (Autonation) Hyundai dealership and they replaced the sensor module on the first visit. Since the repair was made, the Proximity Sensors have been working perfectly. I highly recommend the Mall of Georgia (Autonation) Hyundai dealership. More

Service Department I have been going to Rick case Duluth for service for over a year. I have two vehicles. I heave dealt with Jennifer Osborn as my service adviser and s I have been going to Rick case Duluth for service for over a year. I have two vehicles. I heave dealt with Jennifer Osborn as my service adviser and she has done a fantastic job of servicing my vehicle and recommend the necessary service. Jennifer is always very pleasant and great on follow up. Jennifer is one of the reason I continue to go to Rick Case for service. More
really bad experience with service I'm really pissed off with the service , I've paid extra 2000 bucks for my 5 year oil change and dent less paint, every time I come here its bad respo I'm really pissed off with the service , I've paid extra 2000 bucks for my 5 year oil change and dent less paint, every time I come here its bad response, the front desk people blames the technicians and some sort of silly reasons. They make you sit for hours just for oil change, plz don't get any other thing fixed at this place, I had really bad experience with making me sit for 3 hours and at the end said we don't have this part, called me again next day ro get it fixed , I gave them 3 mire days and made sure before I gave the key to get serviced, again after an hour the same reason, they don't have part. I left msg to service director Tammy Baker but noresponse, I spoke to Tony the assistant manager he not helpful. I made a big mistake paying those extra bucjs for my 5 years service, instead I would have got it done outside without killing time and paying extra money. More

I went in for service and I noticed a flyer that was in the waiting area regarding the trade-in program that they have. Blessing Iyere saw me pick up and put down the flyer a couple of times and came to my aid and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions sought answers to the ones he wasn't quite sure of and he smiled the entire time (NOTHING LIKE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). They assured me they had it. Once again I arrived and was told that the part was not there. Once could be called a mistake but twice???? I will never do business with this dealer again. More
Tony Park- great service advisor I came into the service dept frustrated and confused about what needed to be done to run diagnostics and do repairs on my Hyundai. Tony, as difficult I came into the service dept frustrated and confused about what needed to be done to run diagnostics and do repairs on my Hyundai. Tony, as difficult as I probably was to work with, remained very calm, friendly and most of all extremely accommodating and helpful. He spoke to my husband, explained everything I didn't understand and then set up a shuttle so I could go grab lunch. After evaluating my vehicle, etc Tony came back and explained that my car needed to be kept for repairs and also let me know he set up a rental car for me. I couldn't have asked for a more patient service rep and will make certain to ask for him every time I go back in the future. More

When a Service Department goes above and beyond, its A+++ Its a strong statement when someone or even I say that I had the best experience ever at a service department. Let me sum it up. I took my 2009 Hyun Its a strong statement when someone or even I say that I had the best experience ever at a service department. Let me sum it up. I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis into the service department to have a brake pedal issue where it goes to the floor before it engages. The car is out of warranty by 13months and only had 32k miles. They found the problem to be an ABS pump, new the part costs $5000+, remanufactured the cost is less but still repairs were over $2000. I initially did not want to do the repairs as I didn't want to sink that much into a car that wasn't worth more than $15k to me, I was going to consider just trading it in for something else. So I declined the repairs and went home. Less than 1hr later, Tammy (service manager) called me to tell me that my Service Advisor Lijo talked to her about how the ABS pump was bad, and how its unsafe to drive and I declined the repairs due to cost. Tammy then explained to me they called Hyundai USA and managed to get the entire repair done at NO COST to me. They were so concerned with my safety that they asked me to return the car immediately to the dealership and put me in a loaner until the repairs are done. Now tell me that isn't service? Tell me that isn't concern for someone's safety and tell me that isn't going above and beyond? That is truly why this was the best experience Ive had ever at a Service Department.
