Excellent I called the service department and explained I needed routine service. The receptionist directed to service and once I gave my name, they knew which I called the service department and explained I needed routine service. The receptionist directed to service and once I gave my name, they knew which vehicle I had and what service was needed ( like magic). The service date and time offered fit my schedule and I was in and out in less than one hour. I highly recommend this service department for Toyota vehicles. More

I look forward to service at Rick Collins Toyota Rick Collins service department is very helpful and answers my questions with confidence. Ryan, Penny, and Tim make a super team! My van is always spa Rick Collins service department is very helpful and answers my questions with confidence. Ryan, Penny, and Tim make a super team! My van is always sparkling when the service is complete and I dont mind waiting in the well appointed lounge with treats and wifi. The shuttle service is very accommodating if I have to go to work while service is completed. I actually ended up buying a pre-owned Rav4 while getting an oil change last week and the service department knew history on the vehicle in more detail than Car Fax. Louis and Chris were a pleasure to deal with for sales- Honest and personable. This is a great dealership! More
