My family and I were recently traveling through SC on the way to drop off our daughter to college when my Chevy Silverado broke down. The first dealer did not help us - I called Rick Hendrick and spoke to Randy Batson and immediately they got me in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got me on my way. Both the dealership and specifically Randy could not have been more helpful to a family in need. If I were closer to SC, I would not buy a vehicle from anyone else after this experience! More

We stopped by to see Bob Adkison as my Honda Accord had in excess of 291,000 miles and might be time for a new car.
