10/14/23 - Appointment for Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Arrived early, truck was ready in less than 2 hours. BUT: 1. Service personnel feel the need to disconnect my dash camera, but not to reconnect i Arrived early, truck was ready in less than 2 hours. BUT: 1. Service personnel feel the need to disconnect my dash camera, but not to reconnect it when they are finished. So it will sit in their parking lot without the dash camera recording any incidents that might occur to my vehicle. 2. Technician failed to reset the oil life setting on the vehicle. 3. Tires were rotated, but pressures were not adjusted, so both front tires indicated low pressures. How can you be sure that any of the inspection points are actually being completed if # 2 and # 3 happen? Did my oil actually get changed? Did they reinstall the oil plug fully?
