I’m writing in reference to Sarah Walters, service mgr. On Tuesday 11/23/21 I was at Rick Hendricks on savannah highway to have one of my tires fix. Sarah saw a nail in one of my other tires. I was leaving On Tuesday 11/23/21 I was at Rick Hendricks on savannah highway to have one of my tires fix. Sarah saw a nail in one of my other tires. I was leaving to go out of town for thanksgiving on 11/24/21 and I didn’t want to go with the nail in my tire. Sarah offered to check with their service department to see if they had the size tire that I needed and they didn’t. Sarah call around to every dealership that she knew and she found one that had the size tire I needed. It was crews Chevrolet, she got the service guy name and the number and his ext, gave it to me and told me that she spoke with him and told him I was going out of town for thanksgiving and I need a new tire. Sarah call me Wednesday morning 11/24 and told me that mike said for me to bring the car in and he would fixed it for me. ( I had to buy a new tire. If it had not been for Sarah going the extra mile for me, Willa Griffin), I would have not been able to travel to my children for Thanksgiving. This is what I called a caring, concerned and compassionate leader. Because of Sarah I am able to spend thanksgiving with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I will always remember this Thanksgiving, because of what Sarah did for me. She made it happen. There is not a lot of Sarah Walters out there. I thank the Lord for this one.
