Because I took their shuttle to return home, I phoned at 2:30pm to see if repair was on schedule. Was told that my car did not have an appointment & was just being brought in for service, probably not to be finished by the end of day - this delay due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment and had to be fitted in. I spoke with the manager who agreed to have my car ready by the end of day. My frustration is due to the fact that last year's visit to this dealer returned my car to me with a missing side view mirror. My cruise control hasn't worked in 2 years despite expensive visits to repair it. The people are nice, service is disorganized and unremarkable. The young lady who scheduled our appointment had an attitude. More
