We picked up a brochure, studied it and looked at the available inventory in the area. Once we had done our homework, the rest was a breeze. We were assisted by Courtney Evans (Customer Service) via email. She pulled a list of our must haves, met with her sales manager and found the perfect car with a great "out the door" price. We rolled over to the store, took a test drive and sealed the deal. It was seamless. Our salesman, Barrett Brown, and finance representative, Jon Taylor, worked together to get all of the loose ends tied up. My advice, do not fear doing this process online. It will save you the aggravation of walking all over town looking for that car that is a perfect match of options and price. The team was kind and professional and we love our 2015 Ram 1500! More

As a result, I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 in April of 2015. I received excellent discounts, due to the fact that, in both instances, I was purchasing the previous model year. Our salesman was Christopher Englert, the same salesman that sold us our 2013. He came up with the vehicle that we wanted, he had to get it from NC. All previous options, plus extras, and color. He's an excellent saleman. Very kind, courteous and helpful. Finance was done by Serena Gosset, also very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I was contacted within a few minutes by one of their excellent staff and they made it a breeze to get the deal I wanted before leaving my home. My first contact was with Courtney Evans, a very pleasant young lady. She scheduled an appointment with a sales professional, at my convenience not theirs, quickly without any conflict of time. When I arrived at the dealership my sales professional, Robert Chubb, was ready for me and any questions I could possibly have. He took real good care of my needs without any form of "sales pressure usually associated with a vehicle purchase". Rob then handed me over to Serena Gossett in finance. Serena is a very pleasant young lady who is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the actual purchase of a large ticket item like my New Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. Our First Jeep Purchase! I was running out of options when searching for a 3rd car for the family. I was across the parking lot at Hendrick Chevrolet having some work done on my 2013 Camaro SS (Love It) when my daughter and I ventured over to the Jeep dealer. My wife had wanted a Jeep since forever and we just never found the right one. Robert Chubb immediately greeted us and showed us the inventory in our price range. We found an awesome deal! a 2015 very slightly used Jeep with upgrades at a great price. I had a pre-approved loan and the financing person was awesome. We came back two days later (by our request) to pick up the Jeep and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Robert was a great sales person and showed me all the options. We drove the Jeep home and gave it to my wife as a gift. She was very surprised and loves the vehicle. I recommend the dealership Robert as well as finance. Professional people to work with. Thanks!! She did not make up lies and if there was a question she could not answer she GOT IT FOR ME! I told her and Jon Taylor about my visiting the "other Jeep/Dodge" dealership and what they offered me and found out that was a BAD one. Long story short I was able to walkout of Rick Hendrick with a 2015 rather than a 2014 Jeep Compass that was offered to me by the "other place" for LESS money and the GAP insurance I asked about that the "other place " claim I did not need! How can you deny me GAP insurance. Anyway, I was very happy with my purchase and the service was great!! Thanks Stephanie and Jon...you all ROCK!!! More
