All visit took six hours and my jeep came back with a new problem each time. First I took it in for a radiator replacement and they discover it haven't been in for the safety recall for the ball joints, but there a reason for that. My 18,000 and 21,000 maintenance service schedule b appointment took over four hours back in Aug 02,2003 and Nov 15 2003 after that I lost respect for your service department and never came back for maintenance until Aug 12 2011. They Replace the radiator and part of lower ball joints and place an order for the other parts six hours I could live with that. Well when I got my back the hood will not close properly and the car over heated again after a few days. Week two I took the jeep in to get the hood to close correctly and the over heating check out. Six hours later they fix the hood replace water pump , belt and the other parts for the lower ball joints, I could live with that. Within two weeks the check engine ligth came on and the jeep didn't start. I took the battery out and had it tested nothing was wrong with the battery. Reinstall the battery the jeep started and the check engine light went out. Appointment three they did 23 point inspection that took over six hours to tell me the starter is going bad and they can't get one until Wed. So $1200.00 and a month later my jeep still no fix. But you do have some outstanding shuttle drivers . More

Donny went above & beyond in his service. Even though I was unable to purchase on my first meeting with Donny, he took my information and did not brush me off and ignore me as a potential customer. He was patient with me during my weeks/months of 'thinking' time and did not ignore me due to not being able to make an immediate purchase like other dealers had. At no point did he pressure or push me into making a purchase and made the buying of my new car a joy. Even since the sale Donny has kept up communication to make sure I am happy with my choice and insists if i have any issues with the car to contact him.
