Mary, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Unfortunately, your sons vehicle is out of manufactures warranty based on mileage and there is no extended warranty on the vehicle either. We have spoke about options of trading out of this vehicle into something else that could help with the payments and not have to pay for the repairs on the current truck which did not suit you. YOU STATED THAT YOUR OPTION DID NOT SUIT US.. THAT WAS NOT TRUE (BUT THAT WOULD PUT MORE DEBT ON US AND WHAT HAPPENS IN 4 MORE YEARS?? WOULD WE BE RIGHT BACK WHERE WE ARE NOW?) HOWEVER, YOU DO HAVE THE OPTION OF TAKING BACK THE TRUCK FIXING IT AND RE-SELLING IT.. WHICH WOULD PUT US AT A LOSS OF $40,000.. AND NO VEHICLE THE ONLY UPSIDE IS THERE WOULD BE NO TRUCK PAYMENT!! I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A REASONABLE EXPLANATION ON HOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED (DOESN’T SAY MUCH FOR THE DODGE PRODUCT) IN THE FIRST PART SEEING IT IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD! THERE COULD HAVE BEEN LOSS OF LIVES!! I UNDERSTAND THE WARRANTY ISSUE BUT I ALSO SEE YOUR INABILITY TO BACK THE PRODUCT YOU SALE AND TO HELP OUT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BOUGHT 5 VEHICLES FROM YOU! YOUR ACTIONS ON THIS SPEEKS MORE THAN WORDS!
