First time buying from this dealership. I am in Ohio so, most of it was done by phone and email, pictures, etc. Process was pretty easy, salesman was not there on the day I picked up me veh I am in Ohio so, most of it was done by phone and email, pictures, etc. Process was pretty easy, salesman was not there on the day I picked up me vehicle, and he set up the pick up day, so that was a little disappointing, The rest of the staff got me in and out as promised. As for the vehicle, I like the vehicle, but was pretty disappointed in the exterior condition of it. The interior was very nice, the exterior had issues that did not show up in photos, numerous stone chips across the front bumper and hood, a good sized brush burn on the rear bumper (that probably would have come out with some rubbing compound), Most of this is my own fault as I should have looked it over before leaving with it, I don't know that I would not have purchased it, but I may have went for something else as I will have to incur some costs to get the front touched up as I am very OCD about that stuff. Having sold cars before, in my opinion had they spent a few dollars on taking care of those little things, they probably could have gotten more money for the vehicle. Also, after a week, no one bothered to call and see if I was satisfied, or if there were any problems, dealer was texting and calling me daily before I purchased. Just my opinions here, maybe I was just expecting too much, but I don't think so. More

Have bought from this dealership for 30 years. Stopped in to make an appointment for a check engine light and an oil leak. Told it would be three weeks before the appointment date. Used to be able to get a service appointment within a couple of days. More
