DONT GO HERE! !! I brought my Jeep in because the thermostat light came on. They looked at it and said there’s coolant in your oil, thermostat needs to be replaced !! I brought my Jeep in because the thermostat light came on. They looked at it and said there’s coolant in your oil, thermostat needs to be replaced and your engine over heated so you need a new engine. I spoke with Jeff , when he first called to tell me this he didn’t have much information for me and couldn’t answer my questions . I asked him to call me back when he had them . He called me back and said I’d need a new engine and it’s 7200$ . I asked about used ones and he said it’s better to get a new one . Also said my gasket was cracked. I felt confused , I called around to other places to get quotes .i called back Jeff to tell them I was having it towed out of there bc I had found someone to do the engine cheaper. He asked if he could match the price would I allow them to do the work and I said no. I was uncomfortable bc of the first call. He didn’t know anything and it was very unprofessional. So I questioned him and thought he was lying . A friend of mine towed it out of there and took it to his shop. Come to find out , my suspicions were correct. The engine was fine , the gasket was fine , it only needed a thermostat and new spark plugs. This dealer is trying to make money on lying to people bc they aren’t selling cars. This is ridiculous. And he should be fired for trying to scam me and who know who else . More
