Terrible experience! We returned a leased nissan and bought a used vw Routan. The car was not properly cleaned prior to us purchasing it, so we were advised to being the car back one week later for int bought a used vw Routan. We dropped the car off for what we were guaranteed would take 2 hours, max. 5 hours later the car was brought around for us and the interior was not cleaned. We were told we could bring the car back again (dealer is 30 minutes from our home). Told Robert we were going to take it to our local car wash instead, told him the cost and Robert said the dealer would pay the cost. After we had the car cleaned ourselves we spoke to the manager who is refusing to pay the $150 bill. Awful, awful customer service. No respect for customers time. Do not use this dealer! More

Don't go here. Salesman and finance guy that was there said they would throw in navigation since they did not have the color of the car we wanted. Very rude and un-proffesional. We went to another dealer and bought the same car. We were loyal customers of sister company next door (same owner) for six years. More

My daughters car died on the way to the Hamptons on Thursday night. It was under warrantee. I had the car towed to our house, and the next day I called hyundai in river head. John from service gave me a phone number of a tow company who towed the car to river head. I called when the car arrived and they said the car would be in the shop Monday. Monday afternoon I called and they said John wasn't there no they had no idea what I was talking about. Wednesday morning I called and josh said it was going into the shop that day. Friday we came out and went to pick up the car. John w there and told me they changed the battery. I told him the car had relatively low mileage, so why would the battery die? He said it happens some time. When I asked if they did a full diagnostic to se Eiffel there was an underlying problem he said they always do that. The car made it home then died stranding my daughter in a parking lot. If I wanted to just put a battery into a car with an electrical problem I really didn't have to wait a week to do it.
