Very professional and great follow up I was a new customer to this dealer since I had more than a few terrible experiences with my previous dealership. The service writer called me a few times with updates on the work being done to my truck (warranty) and they even arranged a loaner car instead of me getting a rental even tho they didn't have to since my warranty covers rentals. After 2 visits (had to order parts) I am very happy to have found a dealer I can trust and friendly enough to work with. One time an unexpected repair came up which they would need my car overnight & they gave me a loaner car until the next day. The only recommendation I would have for GMC as a whole is that the corporate website be updated. The Nissan website had a feature where you could do side by side comparison of competitor vehicles. Their site offered the MSRP and pertinent vehicle features. Probably saved a bit of time with the sales associates since I already had the basics outlined. More
