Worst customer service; will never return I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call two week after the first online request and had the displeasure of speaking to a Frank. He proceeded to cut off my request before I even got the words out and said the first available appointment was two week out. He dismissed the online requests saying no one has time to review them and he only has 4 techs unlike other places that have 15 so sorry but 2 weeks is the best I can do. My recommendation to the dealership, Hire employees that will bring you business not chase them away. More

Simply put. Hands down great experience. No pressure!!! From the minute I walked in the door, John made me feel right at home. They had exactly what I was looking for and Joe in finance was able to get me From the minute I walked in the door, John made me feel right at home. They had exactly what I was looking for and Joe in finance was able to get me approved despite my rocky credit history. It was nice having a sales person that didn't have to wear a hole in the carpet traveling back and forth from the managers office. Tj whom I believe is the owner actually came out and thanked me for my business and to my surprise, threw in a $200 dollar gift card to the Tanger Outlets!
