Went for a re call. Pouring rain they left my window open Service writer tried to cover it up saying the intern got wet when he opened the door. Having made a cross countrry tour with my vehicle I learned that all Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships are not equal. Very few match the standards and quality eastern Long Islanders" take for gtanted at Riverhead Dodge. I recommend Riverhead Dodge for quality product, the highest standard of care for your vehicle and the patience to respectfully break down the details. To underscore this, I recently broke down in an undisclosed location far from Long Island. I had to have extensive work done on my vehicle. The "undisclosed" dealership treated me as if their position was, "this woman couldn't possibly have a brain". I kept Riverhead Dodge in the loop and they were kind above and beyond - following up with the other dealership - seeing my vehicle through to restoration and explaing the process. I really appreciate that Riverhead Dodge is an outstanding dealership where Customer Service is still alive, well and setting examples I hope to emulate.. More

Upon arriving i was met with smiling faces, coffee, a warm pastry, and to my surprise, I had a loaner car waiting for I brought my Ram in for service. I usually do not leave reviews, but quite frankly, I was so impressed with the level of service that I received that I felt compelled to write this. When I returned, not only was my service completed, they also washed my truck. The service adviser Frank took the time to explain everything that was completed, and the service manager, I believe his name is Ray came out to thank us for our business and make sure the staff had assisted us to our satisfaction! The service here is above and beyond. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They have a customer for life and I will recommend all my friends and family! More
