Certified work but didn't meet expectation I had called twice in the weeks before the service to schedule a courtesy vehicle. When I arrived early, the process for check-in was scattered and three different attendants were milling about as guests began to stack up. Finally, I was greeted and asked why I was there. I dropped off the vehicle and was told there were no courtesy vehicles because that has to be pre-arranged. I mentioned to Steve that I had tried several times and he got with the service manager. They were able to put me in a Chevy Equinox. I was in a hurry because the process had taken so long- and did a quick walk-around with Steve. As I was driving off, I noticed the console was sticky - I found that the back seat was stained with crumbs and goo, the floors were littered with crumbs and mud, the console had sticky drink residue and the door was sprayed with soda. I wanted to clean it, but took photos instead and left it to show the technician upon return. I mentioned it to the check-out counter and there didn't seem to be an urgency for anyone to address the situation or my experience. It is possible that the cleaning crew skipped this vehicle or didn't have time to clean it prior to it being re-issued. Though I was grateful for the vehicle - I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of pride in your product. Otherwise, the service seems to be effective and my concerns with my personal vehicle were addressed and resolved. More

New truck buy Have bought 3 new autos from riverside in past few yrs. was in to trade a truck I purchased a few months back by a sales lady that no longer is employ Have bought 3 new autos from riverside in past few yrs. was in to trade a truck I purchased a few months back by a sales lady that no longer is employed by riverside. I told her I need a truck that was able to pull certain weight and she researched and I took her word. Found out that was not true and wanted to upgrade. Worked with Rayan and. Alex and came up with one but I said I could no get down payment till few days later. Deal was texted to me by Alex and when I got down payment was told needed 1000 more. I tried to get an answer before I came in as I was in for hours each day. Finally I found out why. Was needed more money than we talked about...salesman keep telling me to come in...I called fo the sales manager and was. Called by the salesman with disappointing news. I am not sure why deal changed in few days...and why he was not just up front with me and was getting upset when I would text for answers. This would have been the 4th new car I got from you.
