Disappointed I had an appointment for 8:15 to have my oil changed and tires rotated. So did around 10 to 20 other people. I did not expect it would take over 2 hours. I went to check on the status of my car and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I waited and was still not ready. I opened the door again to check and was told I would have to wait on paperwork. Then when I was called, my car was back in the line to have the oil changed again. I left at 10:30 disappointed. More

Service Alignment During a recent regularly scheduled maintenance, the wheels alignment did not pass the review, so we scheduled a time to have that done.
