Brandon set up an appointment for me to try a car I really thought I was going to get but after trying it I realized the car was not going to work for me. He let me figure it out and never put any pressure on my or anything. I hated that I had taken time that he may have made a sale but he never made me feel that way. That was just me. He was very kind and positive the whole time. I would definitely want to work with him again Only negative is it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get oil changed and tires rotated even with an appointment. More

Southern Service with a Smile We just moved to the area less than a year ago. I brought my 2018 Silverado in for its initial service. Along with the required oil change needed, I w We just moved to the area less than a year ago. I brought my 2018 Silverado in for its initial service. Along with the required oil change needed, I wanted the service techs to check out a "thump" I heard when the truck was backing out of the driveway. While I was waiting for the service to be completed one of the service intake techs came to get me. The service tech wanted me to go on a ride along to try to point out the "thump" noise. The tech was very friendly and engaging. We never did find the cause of the noise, but maybe someday it will be more pronounced and easier to locate. I went back to the waiting area and in no time at all they came to get me and told me my service was complete. Considering the volume of cars coming in for service, my ride with the tech and the oil change and tire rotation my wait was exactly 1 hour. My initial observation was the service department is thorough, fast and extremely friendly. I am glad I came here to purchase my vehicle. More
