Great Customer Service This was a pleasant experience. My appointment wa on a Saturday morning and I pulled right up to the garage doors they opened it up and I drove straig This was a pleasant experience. They took down my information and then asked me if I knew where the waiting area was,. I told the nice lady that Ive never been there before and she explained where the waiting area was. This is the real treat. The waitng area comes equipped with "GOOD" free coffee and snacks. The waiting area also has a TV and restrooms . I had a little bit of a wait seems like Saturday is a popular day to get your vehicle serviced.Over all my experience was a very nice one. From my truck purchase to getting my truck serviced this dealership is top notch in my book!!! Keep up the great customer service!! Oh yeah Loving my new Chevy truck!!!! More

Complimentary car wash that is offered. The service on the car was great. The only thing that I have a problem with is the complimentary car wash that is offered. I have a lot of work done there and I feel that this is a great service you offer but that last two services I’ve had was great but the complimentary wash has been a issue. Saturday I had service work and the clean up was horrible. They said it was clean and it was never done. Two weeks before I had another service done this time I waited for 3 hours. If your gonna do this you ought to put your customers first then wash cars off the lot second unless you have a car sold. More
