Great experience with purchase. Not sure about service yet I was pleasantly pleased with the purchase of my truck. I had contacted several sales persons via email and facebook. They had posted adds on facebook I was pleasantly pleased with the purchase of my truck. I had contacted several sales persons via email and facebook. They had posted adds on facebook. I had located a new truck I was interested in but Riverside didn't have it. I was looking to have it transfered from another dealership. They seemed to just blow me off. I did however stop by and talked with a different sales guy (Lowell). They were busy that morning and short handed. He still took the time to work with me. I bought the truck and he has since called several times to check on me. However I have experienced some issues with the truck cutting out or missing especially when under a load so I took it in for the shop to check it out. After a couple days they called saying they don't notice it doing as I had explained. They asked if I could pull my camper and let a tech ride with me. I did and he saw what I was talking about. It also acted up after I unhooked from my camper. He rode again and saw it as well. They kept it another day and reset the shift set points in the Transmission told me to "drive it like I stole it". Said i was probably driving it too easy. It is still cutting out through 2nd & 3rd gears especially if I'm climbing a hill. More
