I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon from Riverside Chevrolet GMC in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. My wife and I were amazed at the customer service we received there on January 30, 2025. I found the tr Chevrolet GMC in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. My wife and I were amazed at the customer service we received there on January 30, 2025. I found the truck online with CarGuru’s. I spoke with Jonathan a sales representative and made an appointment to come to the dealership and look at the truck. When I arrived at the dealership Jonathan Was unavailable and another sales rep, Corey assisted me in viewing and driving the truck. Corey was very knowledgeable about the Canyon and was very personable young man who walked us through the process of getting the figures together for the purchase of the truck. We then me Lee who did a great job In securing financing for the truck. I had pre-arranged financing through my credit union but Lee arranged to get me a better apr. through a major bank. Our experience at Riverside Chevrolet GMC was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Being a senior citizen I have done this more than a few times! Also, Christy, helped us before, during, and after the sale with great advice and direction. The Staff at Riverside was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Called to ask if a 2022 BLAZER that was advertised on their website was still there. I talked to Sales Consultant Andy McGowan who was very friendly and helpful in the initial conversation and I set up a their website was still there. I talked to Sales Consultant Andy McGowan who was very friendly and helpful in the initial conversation and I set up an appointment to come down and view the SUV. Upon arrival Andy met me and took me to see the Blazer and gave me a tour of the vehicle and all the options making sure to explain about each option. The next day I came back and purchased the SUV. Andy was very nice explaining all the vital info along with Zack, whom I believe was the Finance or Sales Manager. All the staff was very nice and I would recommend them to anyone More
