I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon from Riverside Chevrolet GMC in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. My wife and I were amazed at the customer service we received there on January 30, 2025. I spoke with Jonathan a sales representative and made an appointment to come to the dealership and look at the truck. When I arrived at the dealership Jonathan Was unavailable and another sales rep, Corey assisted me in viewing and driving the truck. Corey was very knowledgeable about the Canyon and was very personable young man who walked us through the process of getting the figures together for the purchase of the truck. We then me Lee who did a great job In securing financing for the truck. I had pre-arranged financing through my credit union but Lee arranged to get me a better apr. through a major bank. Our experience at Riverside Chevrolet GMC was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Being a senior citizen I have done this more than a few times!
