Bought 2 Jeeps here in the past 6 months. First time it took 6 weeks to receive the plate. Second Jeep I bought, I waited over 3 weeks and I called DMV and was informed that my plate was not First time it took 6 weeks to receive the plate. Second Jeep I bought, I waited over 3 weeks and I called DMV and was informed that my plate was not turned in. I explained it was transferred to the new Jeep but they had no record of it. Called the dealer and my paperwork for the title was still at the dealership and had not been submitted. I had to pick it up and go handle it myself. The DMV lady told me to ask for the fees they charged back from them…. And I probably should. More

The service department is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone!! I have purchased 2 jeeps from there now. The sales guy i had and finance guy are wonderful. But service is a joke. I purchased extra stuff on my first jeep, like oil changes and if i ever had an issue with a tire they would fix it Well first time i go to use it they tell me i dont have that coverage. I took my contract up there and showed them they were wrong! They will not work with you around your schedule, and are down right rude. I ended up canceling the service contract. 2nd jeep i got needed a part, sales guy went and ordered the part before i ever drove off the lot with the car, was supposed to be fixed the next week. Almost 1 month later they have still never called me. When i would call up there i could never get past the woman who answers the phone. She said she would call back an never did. Finally one day this week i got a different woman on the phone and she did her job! She had a manager calling me back within 30 minutes. Which lets not give this manager the credit, i got up with the guy that sold me the jeep and HE got stuff done! He went back there and found out they had the part but never called me, claimed they didnt know who to call. Service finally called me to schedule an appointment and i told them, i was promised a rental so we had to schedule out to a day one would be available. Show up at the scheduled appointment time, no rental... this was 930, by 1230 we were being told we would have to reschedule... now in this period of time one would think they would have been working on my car right? Nope. Never even touched it.. I will never set foot in that service dept or recommend it! More
