No problem with the repair department.The sales department is lacking in personality, courtesy and respect. They will walk within three feet or less and will not speak. I hope you understand. The people in Waiting rooms may find something is not going to be feasible for repair of a car, you just say hello may your potential sale. Have serviced my vehicles for years, based on last 2 experiences will not go back. Service is slow and you are stuck in a waiting room where sales and service/ parts people continually passing through w experiences will not go back. Beware! Bought a used Jeep from Riverside. They showed me a clean Carfax, signed in writing that the car had never been damaged, no collisions, flood, or salvage. Tried to trade it in last week on a Ford and a clean Carfax, signed in writing that the car had never been damaged, no collisions, flood, or salvage. Absolutely great experience. John Sr. Was not only very helpful but also very patient with us. We left with a Ram that fit our needs and fit our budget as well! John spent hours with us walking the lots, n helpful but also very patient with us. We left with a Ram that fit our needs and fit our budget as well! John spent hours with us walking the lots, not quitting until we found that perfect match. The whole team even stayed late to finish the deal so we wouldn't have to drive the hour back the next day. Beware... Of the service dept they will xxxx up your car and flat out lie about it to your face this has happend to me on two occasions with the same car first time was warranty work that needed to be done and flat out lie about it to your face this has happend to me on two occasions with the same car first time was warranty work that needed to be done to car. car never ran right after work was performed when taken back they said that it was fine nothing wrong come to find out they didnt properly tight in down intake manifold or re seal injector or valve cover only place that has done work on car but not there fault. Sec time took same car in for maintenace trans service had filter changed and fliud hard to believe they could xxxx this up but guess what over filled trans causing to purge out fluid all over side of car engine and exhaust which resorted to shorting out oxygen sensor guess what not there fault again so id advise you to look else where for any and all repairs screw riverside dodge and christine and the rest of the service dept More

They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found u From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well. We were so happy with the dealership we went back the next day and bought a Hell Cat from Will. When you go in ask for Will.
