Awesome As Always Initially I had called while I was out of town and made the mistake of letting them know I was going to be looking when I returned home. I got call after call after call to the point I had to block the numbers. I had told them I would contact them when I got back from Texas bc I KNEW I wanted a Ford and the dealership is by my house. They didn't need to constantly call me--they were going to have my business. But the day I went in with my husband, 8/28/17, I kinda had an idea of what I wanted. Obviously I had to make sacrifices in some places. But I was greeted immediately upon entering (y'all are vultures, lol) and taken to have a seat and discuss my wanting a new car. Robert helped us by the way. He did everything he could to get me what I wanted while not going over my budget (didn't really have a number--but when you hear a number you don't like, you just know.) We were able to stay in the mid $30k range. The main issue was not having one single Edge on the lot with black leather seating so I could get an idea of the inside. Besides the paperwork process, which I know is necessary, my experience was awesome. I was able to pick up my new car today 8/29/17 and drove it off the lot. I'm very happy with it and my buying experience at Bob Hurley Ford. Y'all are my go-to location because we're a Ford family and you're close to home. Thank you for making 'buying a car' easy! More

They have gone out of their way to fix my car I have mostly had small things go wrong, but my car is needed every day so when they do go wrong I can't just leave it for a week.
