I don’t know where to send a letter letting you know what great service Jessie gave me when I traveled through town on my way to a Quilt’s show. Coming from Springfield Missouri to OKC and not knowing my way great service Jessie gave me when I traveled through town on my way to a Quilt’s show. Coming from Springfield Missouri to OKC and not knowing my way around the city I really needed to use my GPS. I don’t know what I would have done if Jessie had not helped me with it. My GPS got stuck on one screen and kept telling me I had 200 more miles to go when I was already in OKC. Please put a great recommendation in his record, you need to keep young men like him, or young people like him. Very personable. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I highly recommend Jessie, if there any awards for fabulous service, please give him one. I should also mention, the temperature that day is near 100°. My friend, who is traveling with me, Was taking well care of by your staff while she waited inside your air conditioned show room and offered Something to drink. We came away with a very positive feelings. More
My daughter took her 2015 Explorer in for a safety recall that required the replacement of rear toe links. Because the links are what adjust the rear toe the car had to be aligned. She was told that Ford doe that required the replacement of rear toe links. Because the links are what adjust the rear toe the car had to be aligned. She was told that Ford doesn't cover adjusting the front toe but that she had to have it done at a cost of $109.00. As an ASE certified technician, I know that the front wheel alignment has to be in line with the rear and any adjustment to the rear changes the front toe. Why would a customer be charged to realign their vehicle that was perfectly in alignment before the recall was done? I know that Toyota has recalls on steering linkage that the customer not only gets the linkage and full alignment done for free but they also replace any seized components if they can't adjust the alignment back into specification. The stain was exactly the same when I got the car back. Manager told me "we tried" I was able to scrub the stain out. Since thier tint dept put it there, I feel like they should have cleaned it! More

The next morning we called Bob Hurley Ford as they were right next door to the RV park we were at for a day. We had to leave for Wichita that afternoon and Colorado Springs by Sunday night. We didn't want to make the drive with the truck acting up. The receptionist at Bob Hurley Ford answered the phone and informed me the Service Department was closed and wouldn't be open again until Monday morning. I asked if she knew any diesel repair shops open on the weekend and she said Parts might be able to help. They sure did! Chris Messik answered the phone and said he didn't know of anywhere, but that he had a diesel tech who just happened to be in that day that he could ask. Instead, the diesel tech, Mike Sweeten, just drove over to the RV park to check out my situation. We ended up spending the next 5 hours diagnosing the truck, driving the truck, and figuring out that we likely had a problem with turbo (P0299 under boost and an over boost code). Sweeten and Messik found a replacement turbo for my truck at their warehouse. Sweeten and I picked it up and he bought me lunch. Seriously, the dude bought me lunch! We went to the shop and dropped the new turbo in. Of course, that was AFTER Sweeten checked everything from fuel pressure, to mass air, to egr valve, to fluid, and air leaks. He even inspected the previous work I had done to make sure they did the repair right. He even pulled the old turbo apart to take a look at it before I insisted we put the new one in for my peace of mind. I got a diesel 201 course while Sweeten fixed the truck. After wrapping up my repair Sweeten insisted he couldn't just replace the turbo and then send me on my way. So we drove back to the RV park, hitched up the 5th wheel, and tried to see if we could get the boost codes again (or limp mode). We couldn't! I was ecstatic. Did I mention Sweeten bought me lunch! All this on his day off. I ended up in Colorado Springs via Wichita with no further problems with the turbo or limp mode. It was the most perfect solution to an unexpected problem. I felt like I had my own personal mechanic and parts guy! Sweeten gave me his phone number and said call anytime. I tested that two days later and he picked up on the second ring and entertained my inane babbling and questions. Mike Sweeten is the most competent and generous person I've met in a long time. I don't live in Tulsa, but if I did I'd get my truck serviced at Bob Hurley Ford exclusively! I may just drive back by when I need another truck. Mike and Chris - I can't thank you enough! You guys went above and beyond and I made it both to Wichita and Colorado Springs as originally planned and not far off my original schedule. Unbelievable! More

Just prior to traveling to Memphis Tenn. to see our grandson at St. Jude's children's hospital the engine warning light on my F250 came. I brought the truck to the shop...no appointment, just hope that we could get it fixed as soon as possible. Mike immediately determined the source of the fault and replaced what turned out to be the Crank case filter/sensor unit and had us confidently back on the road before the engine could cool...how he did this is what I call going "Above and Beyond". The care and understanding he showed us touched our hearts and we have never been more pleased with a repair service. Mike, we have found our mechanic...... and a good man.......we'll always appreciate you, Lane and Teresa Farrier To Bob Hurley........you have a very special employee in Mike Sweeten.
