Outstanding experience I was just about to seal the deal on a certified 2018 Nissan Frontier at another local Nissan Dealer when I decided to contact Eastern Carolina Nissan I was just about to seal the deal on a certified 2018 Nissan Frontier at another local Nissan Dealer when I decided to contact Eastern Carolina Nissan just to see if they had anything on their lot comparable that I may like better. After speaking with the Assistant Sales Manager for a few minutes and explaining my current situation he said that he would check and call me back, within 10 minutes he called and stated that he had nothing available. He ask me what the current dealer had available and what deal they were offering so we discussed, he said give me 5 minutes and I will call you back. Sure enough he called me back and asked me if I would be interested in purchasing a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier for the same deal as the other dealer was offering for a certified used, I said I would and I drove directly to ECN, they located the exact vehicle I was wanting and had it delivered and threw in a tonneau cover for the same price. I was given significantly more for my trade in and they treated me with the utmost respect and attention during the process, absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. I could not be happier with my purchase experience, vehicle purchased. They work very hard ensuring the clients are satisfied with the overall experience. More
