I have always been pleased with Eastern Carolina Nissan and their service department until this last visit. I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I had requested them to check and their service department until this last visit. I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I had requested them to check my front passenger tire because it has a visible nail in it. After waiting 2 hours, I was informed that my car was ready. I asked about the nail and was informed they forgot to check the tire, so I waited again for them to check it. After a few minutes, I was told there wasn’t a nail and the tire was fine. I walked over to my car and pointed at the nail and showed him that indeed the tire did have a nail in it and that I would take it somewhere else and have it repaired. At that point I realized that the tire had not been rotated and asked why. I was informed that they only rotated the two driver side tires! What????? I’ve never in life heard of only rotating one side. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this visit. More
My repair was done correctly and in a reasonable time. However after the car was moved to the return area it took more than 20 minutes for me to be able to pay and retrieve the vehicle. Everyone was exceptional from the ladies, Tara and Mandy answering the phone to salesman Tara and finance petson Jimmy . I was introduced to Service manager, set up with 2st service appointment and left wit answering the phone to salesman Tara and finance petson Jimmy . I was introduced to Service manager, set up with 2st service appointment and left with a full tank of gas after being given a awesome tutorial on my new car. Would highly recommend to anyone. I drove and hour and half to get my 2021 Nissan Sentra SR. One Happy Customer. More
