This is the first time owning a new car. I went in for my 5k oil and tires check. They were all very friendly and fast. The service department was great! They were able to get my car serviced even though I had the wrong appointment date. The only downside was when I was waiting there was a staff member having a phone conv my car serviced even though I had the wrong appointment date. Joshua Brown scheduled my Nissan for maintenance and ensured I receive the day and time I wanted. Upon my arrival to drop my vehicle off Joshua greeted me with a smile. After the maintenance was complet ensured I receive the day and time I wanted. Upon my arrival to drop my vehicle off Joshua greeted me with a smile. After the maintenance was completed on my vehicle Joshua notified me it was ready for pick up. Joshua Brown is a very considerate person, but as far as the Nissan Corporation I’ll never buy another Nissan vehicle! My dash has melted and cracked and they will not take responsibility after thousands ha the Nissan Corporation I’ll never buy another Nissan vehicle!
