Mr. Jones, When you arrived a bit after your appointment time we also had a high influx of oil changes at the same time-- and as you have stated this is out of the norm for us. You had a diesel oil change, which does take a bit longer than a standard oil change. You expressed to us at the dealership that you were not satisfied and at that time we provided you a discount because we value your time and your business. For those services you should expect 30 minutes for each part. With a high volume of people at that time AND being short staffed this day, it did take a bit longer. I can assure you our technicians we're getting things done as fast as they could-- we like to think if it took extra time, they took extra care. If they were to just fly through it because we were busy you would not have gotten the same great quality Eastern Carolina Nissan service-- because it would have be rushed. As for your vehicle being boxed in our Service Door was broken which is what caused this issue, it has now been fixed and that will not be an issue again. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Eastern Carolina Nissan
