My experience was excellent. Our Nissan had an AWD problem while driving home from Newport, NC to Yorktown, VA. I walked in and explained to the Service Manager (Kenny Morton) th Our Nissan had an AWD problem while driving home from Newport, NC to Yorktown, VA. I walked in and explained to the Service Manager (Kenny Morton) that we were from out of town and my sister was being driven home after a pace maker operation and that we were strangers to this dealership. Mr. Morton did not hesitate to help us immediately and made us comfortable in the lobby. I explained the problem and he went back and forth with his lead mechanic until they came up with a resolution. He kept us inform during the repair process and after three hour we were back on the road. Mr. Morton did his best to keep the cost to a minimum and we were pleased with the out come.
