2005 Nissan Xterra Engine running rough Called Eastern Carolina Nissan Dealership for an appointment for my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I had no problems getting through to the service department. T Called Eastern Carolina Nissan Dealership for an appointment for my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I had no problems getting through to the service department. The appointment was made. When I dropped off my vehicle a service rep did a walk around inspection of my vehicle. The service rep advise he would contact me after a diagnostic test had been ran on my vehicle and he did so. We discuss the finding/cost and my vehicle was repaired. When I picked my vehicle up the service rep explained all the repairs that had been completed on my vehicle and did another walk around inspection. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

They were never pushy or overbearing when trying to sell a vehicle. I made several inquiries with Rainy Day concerning a used Murano Platinum and she was always prompt to respond. When deciding on whether to purchase used or new, they allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as necessary and found me a new 2019 Nissan Murano SL with exactly the features I wanted. Harry Kerens, the general sales manager has gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m a satisfied customer and Mr. Becton, salesman, was always helpful and never pushy. Car shopping can be overwhelming at times, but Eastern Carolina Nissan made it very pleasant! I will definitely visit them again when it’s time for another vehicle! More
