Dead battery Battery failed at grocery store. My wife was out of town and I don’t have any road side service plans. So, called the Nissan dealer and they came to m Battery failed at grocery store. My wife was out of town and I don’t have any road side service plans. So, called the Nissan dealer and they came to me and jumped me. Drove directly to dealership and they installed a new battery when an hour...no appointment. Fantastic service!!!! More

To EAstern Carolina Nissan...first thing I want everyone to know is that I decided to buy my vehicle because of you, the entire staff, and your profes To EAstern Carolina Nissan...first thing I want everyone to know is that I decided to buy my vehicle because of you, the entire staff, and your professionalism and understanding, and patience, NOT because Nissan makes an awesome Titan. The folks at Eastern Carolina Nissan were, by far, the most courteous and polite group I have ever interacted with at any car dealership. Forget the fact that I actually decided to buy the Titan SL I test drove because it was so awesome, the reason I stayed at the dealership beyond the test drive to hear some "numbers" was because the entire staff was understanding, and did not pressure me at any time. I am sick of going to war over prices of vehicles during a purchase, especially when I am not quite sure I want to buy (I was also looking at Ram and Ford). Either I have the money to buy the car, or not, or the dealership can sell me the car at the price I want, or not, its that simple to me. But these guys heard me from the beginning and found every incentive under the sun to make the sale that I initially wasn't even sure I was going to make. I would point out a single individual (like maybe my sales rep Alisha Thompson or Jimmy Alexander, perhaps), but every single person I came into contact with was above and beyond any of my past experiences. I really look forward to working with their sales department to see if they keep this same standard, as it is much more important to me than anything else. Thank you, ECN! More
